A reliable source related to the matter revealed to “Kaohoon Online” that Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) is currently preparing to make a tender offer for all Grand Canal Land Public Company Limited (GLAND)’s shares. However, the execution of agreement to tender in tender offer remains unclear. The full announcement with all the detail is expected to be announced through SET in a few days.
