SIRI Invests ฿50M. to Establish Property Dev. Company with Tokyu Corp.
A joint venture between SIRI and Tokyu Corp. to establish a property development company.
Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) has signed a joint venture with Tokyu Corporation to establish Siri TK Four Company Limited, a property development company. 50 million baht initial capital will be divided into 500,000 ordinary shares with the par value of 100 baht each.
SIRI will hold 70% stake, while Tokyu Corporation holds 29% and Saha Tokyu Corporation Co., Ltd. holds 1% of the stake. The company’s working capital has been used as a source of fund and expecting a dividend for the return on investment.
