THAI Grasps KTB’s “Distat” as Chairman of Audit Committee, Appoint “Sumeth” to the Board
The Board of Directors has passed resolutions of their meeting to appoint Mr. Distat Hotrakitya as chairman of audit committee, and Mr. Sumeth Damrongchaitham as a member of the board of directors.
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) has appointed Mr. Distat Hotrakitya to be chairman of audit committee, which will now include with:
- Mr. Distat Hotrakitya – Chairman of Audit Committee
- Mr. Rathapol Bhakdibhumi – Member of Audit Committee
- Mr. Somkiat Sirichatchai – Member of Audit Committee
Mr. Distat Hotrakitya is currently holding the position of chairman of the independent director of Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited (KTB)
The Board of Directors of THAI also appoint Mr. Sumeth Damrongchaitham, President of THAI, to be a member of the board of directors in place of Pol.Gen. Chakthip Chaijinda.
