NBTC Sets Deadline for DTAC on Oct. 16, Facing Appellate Courts if No Show

According to the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC)’s regulation on the 900MHz spectrum auction, setting the documents submission date between October 9-16, 2018, NBTC had just received a notification from Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (DTAC) indicating that the company will be able to submit the documents on the last day, as the documents are under process to notify the committee in Norway.

NBTC said that if DTAC failed to submit the documents on October 16, NBTC will file an appeal to the court regarding remedial measurement that would not cover DTAC’s subscribers if the company does not participate in the auction of 900MHz spectrum.
