– Foreign investors sent a year-end gift with 2.5 billion buy along with 2.3 billion from local institutions to buoy the market on the last trading day of 2018.

SET closed at 1,563.88 points, gained 15.51 points or 1.00% with ฿38.2 billion in value. Even though Wall Street faced a wild session overnight, the index still rebound to close in a gain, which sent a positive sentiment to Asia market as well when all major indexes in Asia all closed higher except NIKKEI that dipped 0.31%.
