An Epic Fail of “The Marvel Experience,” DCORP Sets a Termination Date on Jan. 29
DCORP, as a shareholder of The Marvel Experience's operator, has announced to terminate the show due to its lack of liquidity and failing to operate according to the plan.
Demeter Corporation Public Company Limited (DCORP), as a shareholder of Hero Experience Company Limited (Hero Experience), who operates Marvel Experience: Theme Entertainment Attraction – TMX Thailand project, at a proportion of 37.5% has announced that the Extraordinary General held on January 21, 2019, resolved to terminate TMX Thailand project with 62.5 percent of the votes in favor.
The termination is due to the fact that Hero Experience has a lack of liquidity problem, and TMX Thailand project has not been operated in accordance with the plan.
The management of Hero Experience has scheduled cessation of the operation of TMX Thailand project on January 29, 2019; the show at 6.00 PM on such day will be the last performance.
DCORP, as the shareholder of 37.5% in Hero Experience, will carefully co-consider with the major shareholder regarding the management of Hero Experience’s assets in order to limit the negative effect on DCORP.
