CENTEL’s 2018 Profit Grows 9.5% to ฿2.11bln., Negating Loss from Fund Investment
CENTEL has reported a 9.4% growth in profit in 2018 to THB 2,177.5 million.
Central Plaza Hotel Public Company Limited (CENTEL) has reported its consolidated financial statement 2018 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows:
CENTEL announced revenue in 2018 of THB 21,768.2 million, increased 7% from THB 20,345.5 million in 2017, resulting from the increased revenues for both the hotel and food businesses; whereby the revenues mix between the hotel and food business was 45% : 55%. Thus, CENTEL reported a net profit of THB 2,177.5 million, an increase of THB 186.1 million or 9.4% YoY, as a result of the decrease in the shared losses from the investment in property fund by the equity method, totaled THB 61 million, together with the efficient financing cost management.
