SEC Notifies DBD and MOC, Braking EARTH to Re-Appoint Past 11-Member
Securities and Exchange Commission had announced that the past 11-member of EARTH were accused and listed as distrustful individuals for the management position in the organization.
On March 14, 2019, Energy Earth Public Company Limited (EARTH) had made an announcement that in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders no. 1/2019 EARTH shareholders had approved the re-appointment of the past 11-member of management to manage EARTH.
Later, the Securities and Exchange Commission had announced that the past 11-member of EARTH were accused and listed as distrustful individuals for the management position in the organization.
The Department of Business Development and the Ministry of Commerce also have not listed the following individuals as a part of the management team. Moreover, SEC also notified the aforementioned departments regarding the accusation and distrustful matter.
