Keep Eyes on CPF for Panic Attack after the Resignation of “Dhanin Chearavanont”

In the afternoon of Tuesday, April 24, 2019, Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF) has announced that Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, Chairman of the Board, tendered his resignation from the said position due to other businesses refraining him from performing his duty, effective from April 24, 2019 onward.

CPF closed flat in the morning session at ฿25.75/share with a trading value of THB 244 million. The highest of the morning session was ฿25.75/share while the lowest was ฿25.25/share. The share price in the afternoon session must be closely watched after Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, who is viewed as the head of CP Group has resigned.
