FORTH Acquires 49% in New JV, Focusing in Implementation and Testing Machine Performance

Forth Corporation Public Company Limited (FORTH) announced to establish a new joint venture which the name is Forth Group Joint Venture Company Limited with the investment amount THB 400,000 or 49% of ordinary shares. The objective of the new business is Demolition, moving, transportation, assembly, installation, construction, customization, system implementation and testing machine performance.  FOTH has registered share capital at THB 1,000,000 (100,000 ordinary shares with a par value of Baht 10 each).
