CPN Establishes ฿1.5M New JV “Common Ground” for Co-Working Space

Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) has established a joint venture company with Common Ground Works Sdn. Bhd. and MSB Asia Ltd under the name Common Ground (Thailand) Company Limited to operate Co-Working Space business. The new joint venture company is registered capital with the amount of THB 150,000,000 million and ordinary share capital of 1,500,000 shares each. The shareholding proportion has been divided into 3 proportion which are CPN holds 51% of shares, Common Ground Works Sdn. Bhd. holds 29% of shares, and MSB Asia Limited holds 20% of shares
