L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) has informed land purchase to develop project for sale located in Tambon Bang Chak, Amphur Phra Khanong, Bangkok Province, the total area 1,220 Sq.wah. with total the total price is THB 167,750,000 million.

LPN will developed this plot of land to a condominium consisting of 2 eight storey buildings and approximately 329 units for residential and commercial. The total value of this project value is approximately THB 610 million and the duration of the project is approximately 18 months (Official launch was held on May 25th, 2019). The transfer the right of ownership and revenue will be recognized in the year 2020 and the gross profit margin is approximately 30%.
