Tipco Asphalt Public Company Limited (TASCO) has reported that pursuant to the report of fire incident on July 6, 2018, in one of the crude oil storage tank farm at its Malaysian subsidiary, Kemaman Bitumen Company’s (KBC’s) refinery, KBC has received the first interim payment pursuant to its insurance claim amounting to Malaysian Ringgit 60 million, equivalent to approx. THB 450 million from all the insurers.
