BR Reports the Completion of Share Repurchase Project, Acquiring 650,000 shares with ฿2M.

Bangkok Ranch Public Company Limited (BR) has announced the end of share repurchase program for financial management purposes during the period of 7th December 2018 – 6th June 2019. The maximum repurchased share for this program was 43 million shares or 4.71% of the total paid-up shares of the Company and the maximum amount of share repurchased did not exceed THB 200 million.

Presently, BR has notified that the share repurchase program for financial management purpose came to the end on 6th June 2019. BR repurchased shares amounted to 650,000 shares or 0.07% of the total paid-up shares of the company. The amount for repurchasing shares was THB 2,004,296.49
