DOD Invests ฿2M in a New Subsidiary “DOD Sale Power” to Expand Marketing Business

DOD Biotech Public Company Limited (DOD) has informed the approval of a new company establishment which is DOD Sale Power Company Limited with the source of funds from cash flow within the company. DOD Sale Power Company Limited is registered capital with the amount of THB2,000,000 divided into 20,000 shares at a par value of THB100 per share.

The newly established company will support the expansion marketing business which DOD holds 80% shares of the registered capital. DOD expects the benefit of this investment will help to increase cash flow and revenue for the company in the future.
