SUPEREIF Shows Sign of Trouble with Complicated Project Licenses to Amend by June

Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SUPER) has announced the results of the approval of the establishment of the Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF) to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on March 14, 2019 by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) determined to be able to offer for sale of the investment units of the fund only when the two power plant projects that the Fund will invest in the net income rights have received the relevant licenses completely.

The two power plant projects have already been commercially operated but later, the department of highway had a letter requesting to expropriate the land which is the location of some projects for road construction. As a result, there is a need to adjust the area of both projects.

Therefore, SUPER is required to submit an application for amendment of the 5 major licenses the Company would like to inform the progress of obtaining the license of 2 power plant structures as follows:
