LPN Signs Agreement with “Nye” Worth ฿1M to Develop Office and Comm. Building for Rent

On 14th February 2019, L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) has announced the signing of the joint venture agreement and the establishment of a joint stock company with Nye Estate Co., Ltd. (Nye) to develop office and commercial buildings for rent on a rented plot of land situated on Rama 4 road.

Then, on 7th March 2019, LPN registered the establishment of the joint-stock company titled Dolsiri Development Co., Ltd. with THB 1,000,000 million, Comprising 10,000 ordinary shares at the value of 100 THB per share. The source of funds is cash flow from the business operation of the company and the return of an investment will be paid in the form of a dividend.

LPN has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 22nd June 2019, the joint venture agreement between LPN and Nye has already been signed.
