BCP Establishes “Bangchak Ventures” in Singapore for the Startup Related to Innovations

Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (BCP) has approved to establish a new subsidiary company in Singapore which is Bangchak Ventures PTE. LTD. after the establishment, BCP will hold a 100% of a new subsidiary.

Bangchak Ventures PTE. LTD. has registered with USD 100,000 paid-up capital which the source of funds comes from working capital of BCP. The objective to establish a new subsidiary is to invest in startup related to innovations.
