U Reports a Rise of ฿393m in 2Q19 Profit from Sales Revenue and Profits Sharing

U City Public Company Limited (U) has reported its 2Q19 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows:

U reported net profit of THB 393 million, largely as a result of an increase in sales revenue together with a share of profit from investment in joint ventures.
Total revenue of U increased by 29.8% YoY to THB 2,233 million mainly from the expansion of the hotel business through new hotel launches and through new acquisitions
