CHAYO Announces a Share-Cash Dividend Payment, XD November 15

Chayo Group Public Company Limited (CHAYO) has announced that the company will pay a dividend as ordinary shares from unallocated retained earnings, having a par value of ฿0.50/share to the shareholders at the rate of 20 existing shares to 1 dividend shares. Moreover, CHAYO will also pay a dividend in cash at the rate of ฿0.0277777/share. The ex-dividend date is November 15, 2019 while the payment date is December 3, 2019.
