EA Reports a High Surge in Revenue, Sending 3Q19 Profit to Jump by 32% to ฿1.67bn!

Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) has reported its 3Q19 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows:

For the three-month period ended 30th September 2019, EA earned a net profit of Baht 1,678.73 million, increased by Baht 404.16 million (or increased 31.71%) as compared to the same period of last year which incurred the total net profit of Baht 1,274.58 million.

As for the revenue, EA earned the total revenue of Baht 4,117.95 million in 3Q19, increased by Baht 1,155.02 million (or increased by 38.98%) as compared to the same period of last year which incurred the total revenue of Baht 2,962.93 million.

Selling expenses, for the three-month period and nine-month periods ended 30 th September 2019, were Baht 21.79 million and Baht 65.54 million, increased by Baht 8.24 million and Baht 15.24 million (or increased by 60.87% and 30.30%) respectively, as compared to the same periods of last year which incurred the selling expenses of Baht 13.54 million and Baht 50.30 million. This is due to the increment of selling expense which mainly is a major cost of manufacturing and distributing Biodiesel, which was in line with increasing of sales volume of biodiesel.
