RATCH Dissolves 3 Subsidiaries, Asserting No Effect to the Operations

Ratch Group Public Company Limited (RATCH) has announced the dissolution of its three subsidiaries earlier namely; 1) CN Biomass Company Limited 2) PB Biomass Company Limited and 3) LP Biomass Company Limited.

The three subsidiaries were established in order to invest in renewable energy projects, but RATCH had made a decision to dissolve the three companies while asserting that the dissolutions do not have any effect to its operations as the three companies did not have any business activities.
