Asia Wealth Securities (AWS) has given a recommendation on Unique Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (UNIQ) and Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) with a target price from IAA consensus of ฿11.00/share for UNIQ and ฿2.10/share for ITD.
AWS picks both UNIQ and ITD after the contract signing of procurement and installation of signaling systems for the double-track projects. UNIQ granted a Lop Buri-Pak Nampo route (Contract 2) worth Bt2.7bn, while ITD got a Map Kabao-Chira junction route (Contract 3) worth Bt2.4bn. Those constructions are expected to be completed on Mar 20 and Sep 20, respectively.
