JCK to Establish New Subsidiary, Investing on Real Estate Development Business

JCK International Public Company Limited (JCK) announced regarding the Board of Directions’ Meeting on 27 January, 2020, the resolution has approved the establishment of subsidiary Mahadlekluang Co., Ltd. with the registered capital of 1,000,000 baht and JCK will hold 100% of total share.

Mahadlekluang Co., Ltd. is a new real estate development business. The share divides into 10,000 ordinary shares with the par value of 100 baht per share.
