OCEAN’s 3rd Major Shareholders “Fahpratharn” Sells 8.8% Stake, Leaving with 0.25% on Hand

The share price of Ocean Commerce Public Company Limited (OCEAN) as of 10:20 on January 30, 2020, was at ฿1.17/share, steady with a trading value of 64.8 billion baht after the announcement of a selloff of its major shareholder.

 

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has reported the transaction of Ocean Commerce Public Company Limited (OCEAN) shares by Mr. Fahpratharn Chittaratsaenee, OCEAN’s third major shareholder, on January 28, 2020, totaling 8.7861%. The shareholding after the transaction amounts 0.2525% of OCEAN’s voting rights.
