GUNKUL Acquires a ฿377mn Project from PEA to Construct 2 Substations

Miss Sopacha Dhumrongpiyawut, the President of Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (GUNKUL) said that the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) has awarded GUNKUL’s subsidiary company, Consortium GPD and FEC Co., Ltd. to construct Kanchanaburi 3 Substation, Kanchanaburi Province and Cha-am 3 Substation, Phetchaburi Province. The project value is 377.55 million baht and expects to complete the construction and COD within 540 days.

GUNKUL also prepares to participate in bidding for further projects of PEA and Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) with an anticipation project value of more than 10 billion baht, which aims to strengthen its company performance and profit growth reaching to its target. Together with heightens the production of constructing backlog. GUNKUL expected the profit target to grow over 20 – 25%.
