MAJOR Closes All Cinemas Nationwide in Response to Govt Measures against Covid-19
Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (MAJOR) announced the temporary closure of all Major Cineplex Group’s cinemas nationwide from 18 – 31 March 2020 and will open as usual on 1 April 2020 according to the preventive measures against the outbreak of COVID-19.
The temporary closure is in response to the cabinet meeting that had a resolution on 17 March 2020 to announce the preventive measures against the outbreak of COVID-19 by temporary closing all the cinemas in Bangkok and perimeters for 14 days. And during the temporary closure, MAJOR will perform cleaning, disinfection and ozone treatment (BIG CLEANING) to prepare the readiness to provide service to all customers.
