GULF Surges to ฿35.25 with a New Par Value amid Negativity in the Market

The share price of Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF) surged 0.35/share or 1% to ฿35.25/share on its first trading day with a new par value at THB 1 per share.

In addition to the change in par value, the number of GULF’s shares will be changed from 2,133,300,000 shares to 10,666,500,000 shares.

Analysts expected the change in par value will be a positive factor for minor investors who are interested in purchasing GULF in lower levels.
