BC Forms a Holding Company “Boutique Synergy” for Future Services in Real Estate Industry

Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC) announced Board of Directors’ Meeting on April 23, 2020, has passed the resolution to approve the establishment of a new subsidiary in Thailand, Boutique Synergy Limited with the registered capital of 100,000 baht.

Boutique Synergy Limited is a holding company for future investment, and/or management and/or service provider in hotel business, office and/or real estate industry.
