Thai Cabinet Approves “BBS Consortium” to Invest in “U-tapao Project”! The Signing Ceremony Is Expected to be on June 19 at the Government House.
The Thai Cabinet has approved the resolution for BBS Consortium to invest in the U-tapao Airport and Eastern Airport City Project with an investment of 290 billion baht, stated the source close to the matter.
The source close to the selection committee of a public-private partnership in the project revealed that the signing ceremony with the BBS Consortium will be in the morning of June 19, 2020, at the Government House.
The BBS Consortium consists of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTS) (35% stake), Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited (BA) with 45% stake and Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (STEC) with 20% stake.
