PTTEP Issues 7-Year US$ Denominated Notes with a $500mn Offering to Offshore Investors

PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) announced that on 10 June 2020, PTTEP Treasury Center Company Limited has issued and offered for sale US$ denominated senior notes, in an aggregate principal amount of US$ 500,000,000, the tenor of 7 years, with a fixed interest rate of 2.587 per annum, which will mature on 10 June 2027. The aforementioned notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

These new notes referred to above were issued under the US$ 3,000,000,000 Global Medium-Term Note Program. The net proceeds from the issuance of the notes will be used by PTTEP Treasury Center to lend-on to entities within PTTEP group for general corporate purposes.
