BWG Rejoices after SEC Greenlights “Earth Tech Environment” to Offer 600mn Shares of IPO

Better World Green Public Company Limited (BWG) announced that Earth Tech Environment Public Company Limited (ETC), a subsidiary, has now approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 23, June 2020, to the public offering for the first time (Initial Public Offering: IPO).

Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of BWG on 30 December 2019 had a resolution to approve the shareholding plan of ETC, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand / Market for Alternative Investment (mai) (Spin-off) by offering and allocating the newly issued ordinary shares of ETC to the public for the first time in the amount of not exceed 600,000,000 shares.
