The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) stated that Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF) has reported to the Commission that on June 23, 2020, the company had bought an additional 0.0728% stake of Intouch Holdings Public Company Limited (INTUCH) to hold a total of 5.0718%.
