The Securities and Exchange Commission, through the list of management who submitted the changes in securities and derivatives holding, reported that On July 24, 2020, Mr. Sarath Ratanavadi, Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF), has purchased 7,000,000 shares of GULF at an average price of ฿34.21/share, totaling 239.47 million baht.

 

At the closing of the July 24, 2020, session, GULF closed flat at ฿34.50/share, the lowest in three months.
