Breaking News! Massive Power Failure in Manhattan, USA

A massive power outage was reported Friday morning (the US’s local time) in the upper part of Manhattan, knocking out not only lights but also mobile service, according to CNBC.

Many subway lines are delayed and is now saying 10-15 minute delays in and out of Grand Central due to the outage. However, the power came back on after around 20 minutes for parts of the Upper West Side, but there were still outage reports on the Upper East Side.
