JMT’s 2Q Profit Jumps 53% to ฿227M, Offering a Dividend at ฿0.45

JMT Network Services Public Company Limited (JMT) has reported its 2Q20 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

JMT reported a net profit of 227 million baht in 2Q20, increased 53% compared to a net profit of 148 million baht in the same period of last year. The increase was mainly due to its higher debt collection from the receivables.

The growth of the non-performing debt portfolio increased in Q2/2020, with the total value of the non-performing debt portfolio amounting to 42,781 million baht. Increased from Q1/2020 by 9,407 million baht, which will be an important source of income for the company in the future.

The company’s total revenue for the second quarter of 2020 was 762.4 million baht, increased from the same period of the previous year by 170.6 million baht or 28.8%.

 

In addition, the Board of Directors of JMT approved a dividend payment at ฿0.45/share to be paid on September 9, 2020. The ex-dividend date is August 26, 2020.
