Stocks in Focus on September 21, 2020: CBG and TVO

Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Carabao Group Public Company Limited (CBG) with a target price at ฿145.00/share.

KSS stated that CBG’s share price has fallen 10% in the past week after Myanmar authorities extended the lockdown in Yangon. We maintain earnings will continue to grow on the back of improving revenues and the cost-saving program.

Kasikorn Securities (KS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Thai Vegetable Oil Public Company Limited (TVO) with a target price at ฿34.50/share.

KS stated in its analysis that it sees more upside to TVO’s FY2020-21 earnings forecasts from higher-than-expected soybean price as the La Nina effect will lead to drought in the U.S. and Latin America. In addition, TVO’s 3Q20 earnings are expected to grow 12% YoY and 24% QoQ.
