The Court Sets 2nd Hearing for NOK’s Rehabilitation Plan on Nov. 4

Nok Airlines Public Company Limited (NOK) stated that in reference to the company’s rehabilitation petition filed with the Central Bankruptcy Court to which the court accepted the company’s rehabilitation petition on 30 July 2020 and set the date for the hearing on the company’s rehabilitation petition on 27 October 2020.

On 27 October 2020 NOK informed that the court examined the brief and found that no one raised any objection against the rehabilitation petition. The court therefore ordered that further hearing is required under Section 90/10 of the Bankruptcy Act B.E. 2483, and set the date on which the order on rehabilitation petition will be issued to be at 9:00 am on 4 November 2020.
