RATCH Joins Hand with “Nexif Energy” to Run a 80MW Wind PP in Vietnam with a COD in 2022

Ratch Group Public Company Limited (RATCH) has announced that on December 4, 2020, RH International (Singapore) Corporation Pte. Ltd. (RHIS), the company’s wholly owned  indirect subsidiary, has entered into a joint development agreement of Nexif Ben Tre Wind Power Project in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam with Nexif Energy Pte. Ltd. with the project participation proportion of 50:50 percent prospectively, after further development and any required approvals.

 

Nexif Ben Tre Wind Power Project is a near-shore wind power generation plant with the installed capacity of 80MW, located in Thanh Hai Commune, Thanh Phu District, Ben Tre Province, Vietnam.

The project’s generated electricity will be sold to Vietnam Electricity (EVN) under the long-term power purchase agreement. Currently, the project is under green-field development and under negotiation process with expected commercial operation date in 2022.
