SENA Forms “Sena Development H17” to Support the Juristic Person Management

Sena Development Public Company Limited (SENA) announced the Executive Committee Meeting held on date December 1st, 2020 had the resolution to establishment of a new subsidiary, Sena Development H17 Co., Ltd., to support the development of future projects with the objective of Juristic Person Management and/or providing project management services with a registered capital of 1,000,000 baht.

Regarding the shareholding proportion, SENA holds 99.97% of the registered capital. The amount of common stock invested is 9,997shares with the value of investment (100 baht per share) of 999,700 baht.
