CHAYO Jumps 9% to Break All-Time High, Analyst Recomm. “Speculative Buy”   

The share price of Chayo Group Public Company Limited (CHAYO) in the morning session on December 23, 2020, closed at ฿8.50/share, increased ฿0.30/share or 3.66% with a trading value of 323 million baht. Reached its peak at ฿8.90/share, an increase of ฿0.70/share or 8.5%, marking an all-time high since entered mai on March 22, 2018.

 

Kingsford Securities has recommended “Speculating Buy”, giving a target price at ฿9.19/share, seeing a continued growth in business in response to the increment of NPL and the increment of income from loans to NPA. CHAYO reported a net profit for the 9 months period of 2020 of 118.30 million baht, an increase of 29.25% YoY.

 

CHAYO expects to boost its NPL portfolio which will reinforce the 2021 performance. Market estimates CHAYO’s 2020 net profit of 158.25 million baht (+42.02% YoY) and 218 million baht in 2021 (+37.76% YoY).
