AOT Joins “TAFA Operator” to Manage Perishable Goods at Suvarnabhumi Airport

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) has announced that AOT entered into partnership with TAFA Consortium Company Limited (TAFA) to establish AOT TAFA Operator Company Limited with an aim to execute the project on perishable goods at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

AOT TAFA Operator Company Limited has 35,000,000 baht registered capital. AOT will hold 171,5000 ordinary shares, equaling 49%, while TAFA holds 164,500 ordinary shares, equaling 47% and 14,000 preferred shares, equaling 4%.

The Board of Directors consists of 4 directors nominated by AOT and 3 directors nominated by TAFA.

 

The company aims to develop new businesses and expand core business and related business operations as well as carry out airport business investments with business partners to enhance AOT’s sustainable competitive advantage as being a regional aviation hub for the ultimate benefits of AOT and the country as a whole.
