Interlink Communication Public Company Limited (ILINK) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2020 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;
In 2020, ILINK recorded a net profit of 195 million baht, increased 57.48% from a net profit of 124 million baht in 2019 as most seminars and events such as product launch, trainings, and sales expo were run as hybrid or fully visual events instead of physical events. Moreover, digital marketing tools were highly adopted to meet customer’s needs as well.
Further, the increase was affected by the revision from forward exchange rate to market exchange rate on CC4 Project’s budget at the end of 2019 so that the company’s financial statement truly reflects the actual cost of the project. Therefore, the company has shown unrealized gain on exchange rate for 175.77 million baht (after tax amount is 140.62 million baht) in 2020.
As a result, for the year ended December 31, 2020, selling expenses decreased from the year ended December 31, 2019 by 33.98 million baht or approximately 10.10% while administrative expense decreased from the year ended December 31, 2019 by 13.27 million baht or approximately 7.79%.
For the year ended December 31, 2020, the company’s total revenues were 5,200.21 million baht, decreased from the year ended December 31, 2019 by 462.09 million baht or approximately 8.16%. The drop was mainly from lower revenue in distribution and telecom business.
In addition, the Board of Directors of ILINK resolved a resolution to pay a dividend payment of ฿0.14/share to be paid on 19 May, 2021. The ex-dividend date is May 6, 2021.
