BTS Establishes “Capricorn Hill” to Strengthen Real Estate Business

BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTS) has announced the establishment of Capricorn Hill Company Limited, a subsidiary fully-owned by the company with an initial capital of 100 million baht and a par value of 100 baht each.

The newly established company has a business type of land owner.
