JWD Dissolves JWDAL (Lao) to Reduce Administrative Costs with No Impact on Operations.
JWD InfoLogistics Public Company Limited (JWD) has announced that the company has dissolved an associated company namely JWD Asia Logistics (Lao) Co., Ltd. or JWDAL (Lao), which registered in Lao and carries out warehouse business in Lao, effective on 2 April 2021.
The company indirectly holds shares in JWDAL (Lao) through EM Logistics & Warehousing Pte Ltd. (EMLOG), the company’s 60.00% owned subsidiary. EMLOG holds 49.00% of shares in JWDAL (Lao).
This is done in order to reduce administrative costs with no impact on the company’s operations. As a result, the dissolution will result in JWDAL (Lao) ceasing to be an associate of JWD.
