MINT Issues a ฿350Mn Debenture through Private Placement with a 3.10% Coupon Rate

Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT) has announced that the company issued a new debenture in the amount of THB 350 million, offering to private placement to a limited number of investors (not exceeding 10 persons in any 4-month period) with a coupon rate of 3.10% to be paid semi-annually. The maturity date is April 21, 2023.
