SISB Records a 20% Growth of Net Profit in 1Q21 from Higher Revenue
Higher revenue in 1Q21 pushed SISB's earnings higher as the company has relatively fixed expenses.
SISB Public Company Limited (SISB) has announced its 1Q21 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;
SISB reported a net profit of 70.60 million baht in 1Q21, increased 19.95% from a net profit of 58.86 million baht in 1Q20. The increase in net profit was due to the increase in the revenue, higher in gross profit margin and most administrative expenses of the company are fixed.
The company’s revenue for the 3-month period ended 31 March 2020 and 2021 were 283.25 million baht and 295.96 million baht, respectively. Revenue increased by 12.71 million baht or 4.48%.
The company reported administrative expenses at 72.52 million baht which is 24.50% of total revenue. The expenses consisted of employee related expenses which amounted to THB 49.79 million. Administrative expenses to total revenue increased from 24.40% to 24.50%, due to the PDPA project.
