IMH Gains 3%, Expecting 2021 Revenue to Grow 115% to ฿600Mn
IMH increased 3.33% to Bt6.20 per share as the company expected performance in 2Q21 to reach a new high and fiscal earnings to reach 600 million baht.
The share price of IMH rose ฿0.20/share or 3.33% to ฿6.20/share at the closing of the morning session on May 24, 2021, with a trading value of 73 million baht.
Mr. Sittiwat Kamkatwong, Chief Executive Officer of Intermedical Care and Lab Public Company Limited (IMH), expected 2Q21 performance to reach a new high at 150 million baht in revenue after the business restructuring in the beginning of this year to focus on creating growth through hospital business and medical center.
The company had taken over Prachapat Hospital and appointed breast surgical doctors to strengthen the service. IMH also signed an agreement of partnership with ABBOTT to distribute new Covid-19 test kits, Antigen Swab.
The restructuring has caught institutional investors attention from its growth potential in the future from the company’s capability on Covid-19 testing that was available in three of its hospitals i.e. Prachapat Hospital, Intermed Hospital, and IMH Asoke.
The expansion of IMH will cover in the city area and industrial area to support the reopening for medical tourists.
Mr. Kamkatwong was confident that the company would record 600 million baht in revenue this year, compared to 247.75 million baht in 2020.
