Foreign Investors Drag SET Index Down to Close Lower with a ฿1,308Mn Selloff

– SET Index closed at 1,581.98 points, decreased 0.98 points or 0.06% with a trading value of 99.5 billion baht. The analyst stated that the overall outlook in the Thai stock market in response to the vaccine rollout expected to be in June and the reopening that could bring the economy back.
In the meantime, there were no visible negative factors in the market. Regarding the rising inflation rate in the U.S., the Fed put no concerns in the matte, resulting in commodity product and oil prices to rise.
The analyst set a support level at 1,570 points and a resistance level at 1,590-1,600 points, saying that there could be a profit taking after surpassing the support level.
