TRITN Appoints “Louise Taechaubol” as CEO and Maintain Chief Executive Officer Position
TRITN appointed Ms. Louise Taechaubol to hold the CEO position, while keeping the Chairman of the Executive Board as well.
Triton Holding Public Company Limited (TRITN) on May 31, 2021, announced that the Board Committee passed the resolution to appoint Ms. Louise Taechaubol to hold the position of Chief Executive Officer in replacement of Mr.Suppa-chak Trairatanobhas effective from June1, 2021 onward.
Moreover, to hold the position of Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Louise Taechaubol will remain in the other position of Chairman of the Executive Board.
